Terms & Conditions
By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Section 01
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your attendance by notifying us via email at
contact@diamondguild.com.au
- Your registration will be refunded less a 25% processing fee if the cancellation is received more than 30 days before the event.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
- In the event that Diamond Guild Australia cancels the Masterclass, we will refund your ticket price in full.
- Travel, hotel, or any other expenses incurred are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Section 02
Payments
If paying by invoice, payment is required by the due date specified on the invoice. Diamond Guild Australia reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received by the due date. To request an invoice, please email
contact@diamondguild.com.au. Numbers are limited so places will be allocated based on when payment is received.
Section 03
General
The Masterclass with Katerina Perez is open to jewellers, designers, retailers, and luxury brand owners involved in the jewellery industry. This event is not open to unrelated consultants or service providers.
- Reselling Masterclass registrations is not permitted.
- Diamond Guild Australia reserves the right to make changes it deems necessary to the programme.
- By registering for this event, you agree to receive email notifications about future Diamond Guild Australia events. You may click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email to stop receiving notifications. Your email address will never be sold or rented to others.
- Diamond Guild Australia reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials.
- Diamond Guild Australia assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any Masterclass participant while travelling to or from the event. The total liability during the hours of the event will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
- Video and audio recordings of this event is strictly prohibited.
Section 04
Disclaimer
Diamond Guild Australia reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to the programme. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics.
- If for any reason speakers are required to isolate by law, or changes or cancellations of the speakers flights occur, the speaker may pre-record or deliver their sessions via video feed.
- Unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
- You and your company consent to Diamond Guild Australia recording via video/audio and/or photographing the event and using such items, including your likeness, in future promotions.
- Diamond Guild Australia assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while travelling to or from the event. The total liability during the hours of the event will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
Section 05
Substitution Policy & Transferring Registration
You may transfer your registration to another colleague from your business prior to the event by notifying
contact@diamondguild.com.au. A form will then be sent to you to collect the details of the person attending in your place.
Section 06
Force Majeure
If the Masterclass is prevented or cancelled because of an act of God, inevitable accident, fire, blackout, pandemic, flood or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of both parties, then the promoter may at its option either postpone the Masterclass from the original date, or cancel and issue a refund.
Section 07
Time and Place
Your payment entitles you to attend the Masterclass at The Gallery, Park Hyatt Sydney on 13 August 2026 during the scheduled Masterclass hours, and to receive a copy of the Masterclass materials.
- We may change the speakers, hours, dates and/or location of the Masterclass for any reason by notifying you in writing and detailing the substitute arrangements.
- In such circumstances, we shall have no liability to you and you shall make no claim against us (including for a refund) in respect of the same.
Section 08
Non-Disclosure
Attendees acknowledge that they will be trained in material considered proprietary and confidential in nature. Diamond Guild Australia reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions with prior notice.
